开始使用：VOXI 没有激活码，激活要先在英国

这篇只回答一件事：VOXI 的卡（实体卡或 eSIM）到手之后，按官方步骤怎么开通到能打第一通电话。不写促销文案，也不承诺具体资费。

套餐价格和流量档位会变动，本文不写这些数字。官方写明的固定时限（48 小时、24 小时、30 天周期）会照常写出。

手机是否要解锁：官方帮助页标题就是问这个，回答原文 It depends.。原来是 Vodafone 用户的不需要解锁；在其他网络的，官方写 you might need to speak to them to unlock your phone before you join VOXI。[S2]

人在英国：官方激活页正文原文 You need to be in the UK to start using your SIM。这句 2026-10-07 在官方激活页实读确认仍在。[S1]

能联网：官方帮助页《How do I activate my VOXI SIM?》全文只有两句，2026-10-07 实读原文 Head to the SIM activation section of the VOXI site and follow the instructions to activate. Remember, you'll need to be online to set up your VOXI account。[S5]

所在位置有覆盖：官方提供按邮编或城镇查询的 Network Coverage Checker，但官方自己声明该地图 is a computer generated prediction… not a guarantee of actual signal coverage。[S6]

官网免费订购实体卡：官方 Free SIM 页提供免费索取入口，并标注免费配送。官方对免费 SIM 的定义原文：A free SIM is a blank SIM card you order for free to choose a pay as you go plan later on when you decide to activate it。也就是先拿到一张空白卡，决定激活时再选套餐。[S7]

到手时间：按审查副本记录，官方激活页 FAQ 写的是 Your VOXI SIM should arrive within 3-5 working days。没到的话，免费卡可以再订一张；已经付了套餐但 3 到 5 个工作日仍未到，官方要求联系客服。[S1]

寄送范围有明文限制：按审查副本记录，官方订购表单上方写 Please note we do not deliver to the Channel Islands or overseas；官方《Buying Online Terms and Conditions》的表述是 We will deliver your order to the address specified on the order within the UK and Northern Ireland。[S7][S8]

订购表单要填什么：按审查副本记录（2026-10-04 复核），表单字段为 First name、Last name、Email address、Postcode（带邮编查询，也可手动输入地址），需勾选同意 VOXI 条款，页面受人机验证保护。该轮核实没有看到要求身份证件、护照或签证信息。[S7]

eSIM：买 SIM only 套餐时在结账页选 eSIM，之后会收到一封含二维码的邮件。官方给出的接入速度表述是 in as little as 10 minutes。[S3][S9]

Vodafone 用户转入：官方提供专门的转入入口，原本是 Vodafone PAYG 客户的可以走内部转移流程。[S10]

这一点对提前办卡的人很有用：30 天套餐从手机出现信号那一刻才开始计算，不是从付款那一刻。

官方条款没有单独定义「激活」。按审查副本记录，现行《VOXI Terms and Conditions》（Version 2.17，2025-10-20）只在第 1.a 条写 You agree to act in accordance with this Agreement when you activate your SIM card——激活 SIM 卡即视为同意本协议。[S11]

实体卡等待时长：官方激活页 FAQ 原文 Your VOXI SIM can take up to 48 hours to fully activate once inserted your mobile phone, Your 30 day rolling subscription will not start within this time。也就是最长 48 小时，而且这段时间不计入 30 天周期。[S1]

eSIM 等待时长：官方 eSIM 页 FAQ 原文 Typically, your eSIM will active instantly, although you may need to wait up to 24 hours in some instances. If it takes longer than 24 hours, please contact 客服。[S3]

官方资料没有说明激活成功后 VOXI 通过什么渠道告知你新号码。拿到卡后可以直接按第八节的方法自己查。[S1][S3]

官方激活页原文：You need to be in the UK to start using your SIM。这句 2026-10-07 实读确认仍在激活页正文。[S1]

需要注意措辞：这句写的是「开始使用」，不是条款级的「激活必须在英国完成」。按审查副本记录，现行条款 Version 2.17 里没有关于激活地点的条文。实务上按「人到英国后再激活」规划即可。[S1][S11]

官方资料没有说明这句是否同样约束 eSIM。官方 eSIM 页只写了买套餐时选 eSIM、收邮件扫码和兼容性，没有写地点要求。保守做法是 eSIM 也等人到英国再装。[S3][S9]

硬条件：手机本身支持 eSIM。官方 eSIM 帮助页写明 most new devices have eSIMs built in - but some phones will still only take physical SIM cards，并提供兼容机型清单入口。[S9][S3]

一条账户层面的限制，按官方原文写清楚：Whilst you can only have one SIM connected to your VOXI Mobile account, some devices allow you to have two separate active mobile numbers on the same device。限制针对 VOXI 账户，不是手机。[S9]

VOXI 是 Vodafone 旗下品牌，官方 APN 帮助页给出的就是 Vodafone 的 APN，Android 与 iOS 两组参数相同。以下数值按审查副本记录（2026-10-04 浏览器复核）照录。[S12]

Name：Vodafone internet。APN：wap.vodafone.co.uk。Username：wap。Password：wap。

MMSC：http://mms.vodafone.co.uk/servlets/mms。MMS Proxy：Android 填 212.183.137.12，另填 MMS Port 8799；iOS 页面写作 212.183.137.012:8799。

Authentication Type：None。APN Type：default,mms,supl。上网和彩信是同一条 APN，不需要分成两条。

手填路径，官方原文：Android 是 Settings > Wireless & networks > Mobile network > Access Point Names. Press the menu button and choose to add new APN；iOS 是 Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Network。[S12]

官方资料没有说明这组参数是否一般会自动配置、什么情况下才需要手填。插卡后能正常上网就不用动它。[S12]

官方资料也没有说明彩信（MMS）是否计入套餐额度，以及单条彩信的大小上限。[S12]

官方帮助页《How do I find my mobile number?》的原文方法是：Simple! Just type *#100# in your phone's keypad, then call - after a few seconds, your mobile number will be shown on your screen。[S4]

这个方法不需要联网、不需要登录账户，拿到卡插上就能用。官方没有写这个操作是否免费，本文也不写「免费」。[S4]

官方资料没有说明网页 Dashboard 或 App 内在哪里显示号码。本轮核实范围内的官方页面只给了 *#100# 这一条路径。[S4]

官方帮助页《How do I check how much data I have left?》全文只有一句，原文：Just sign in to VOXI to see how much data you have left, and how long before your plan refreshes。也就是登录账户查剩余流量和套餐刷新时间。[S13]

官方资料没有说明 Credit 余额、当前或推荐 Plan、消费提醒开关这几项的具体查看路径。本轮核实范围内的官方页面只写了上面那一句，本文不替官方编菜单路径。[S13]

查套餐是否生效还有另一条官方路径：官方排查页写明可以 sign into VOXI and go to 'My plan' to check that your plan is active。[S14]

激活时已选好并付了套餐：官方激活页的四步里，第 2 步和第 4 步就是选套餐和付款。[S1]

账户上要有生效中的套餐：官方排查页原文 If you can't make calls or send texts, but can receive them, it could be that you don't have an active VOXI plan. Just sign into VOXI and go to 'My plan' to check that your plan is active。只能接不能打，往往就是这个原因。[S14]

官方资料没有说明 App 内管理 SIM 和语音信箱的具体菜单路径。本轮核实范围内没有在官方页面读到这些路径，本文不编。

激活页不接受 SIM number：官方帮助页《Why won't VOXI accept my SIM number?》全文原文——If you've ordered a VOXI SIM, the number should work - try again and make sure you've entered it correctly. If your SIM number still isn't accepted you might need to order a new SIM。先确认 10 位数字取的是卡面第二、三行，再考虑重新订卡。[S16][S1]

打不出电话、发不出短信：官方排查页给出的顺序是——先关机再开机，并换几个号码试，排除对方号码无效；再查套餐和付款，只能接不能打可能是没有生效中的套餐，登录账户到 My plan 查看；再查信号，确认没开飞行模式，所在地区可能有网络故障，可查覆盖，有故障或维护时可以考虑 WiFi Calling。[S14]
