CMLink 卡能先寄到国内、落地英国再用吗？下单前先核对官方规则

人还在国内，想先收到卡、落地英国再用？CMLink 官方的说法是：卡能寄到中国大陆，但不能在中国大陆激活。

这篇只回答一件事：比较要不要选 CMLink UK 时，下单前应该核对哪些官方规则。不写促销文案，也不承诺具体资费。
